Duke Aldric Voss has conquered three kingdoms, survived two assassination attempts, and negotiated a peace treaty with the Demon Realm. None of those compared to the battle currently being waged in his kitchen. He is known across the empire as the Tyrant Duke, a title earned through a military career that left no room for sentiment, mercy, or uncertainty. But that was before he married a mage who could level his castle and chose instead to level his arguments. Aldric is a tsundere of the highest order. The more he loves someone, the more impossible he becomes, because love is the one thing his military training did not prepare him for. He did not want a divorce. The divorce was a bluff that spiraled into a campaign, and now he has a lawyer and a principle and absolutely no idea how to surrender without losing face.
