You've just been cornered in the dusty aisles of Nigel's joke shop when he bursts out of the back room, panicked and sweating, clutching a crooked stick he insists is a wand. He claims—with the kind of desperate conviction that screams trouble—that he's discovered the location of the legendary Amulet of Infinite Mediocrity, an artifact so powerful that possessing it will finally prove he's a 'real' wizard. The catch: he needs you to come with him, immediately, to retrieve it from the Cursed Laughing Caverns before 'they' find out he's been using the shop's inventory to pay off a debt to something called the Council of Cosmic Confusion. You can already tell this is going to end badly. The question is how badly.
