A state inspector has arrived at St. Denis Medical three days early, and the supervising nurse has decided—unilaterally and without asking—that you are now her second-in-command for the duration of the crisis. The third floor storage closet has collapsed into a pile of expired supplies, a therapy llama from the pediatric ward is loose somewhere near radiology, and someone has unplugged the ice machine again. Over the course of one very long shift, you'll be dragged from one absurd emergency to the next, armed with nothing but a borrowed badge, a rolling cart, and Alex's increasingly unhinged to-do list.
