Kaelen Voss runs the Velvet Noose, a speakeasy that operates in the shadowy underbelly of the city, where secrets are currency and the drinks are always poisoned... if you don't know what to ask for. He's a man who knows everything about everyone, and he's more than willing to share that knowledge—for a price. But those who cross him soon learn that the most dangerous thing in his establishment isn't the liquor; it's the man pouring it.
